  • Wallet seed phrase or private key
  • Exchange password or 2FA code
  • Remote desktop access to your machine
  • Transfer of custody or direct control of your funds
  • Urgent payment to a new address sent via unsolicited direct message

Payment Verification Checklist

  1. 1. Open your order in the official check-out flow before copying any destination details.
  2. 2. Verify chain, asset and destination address all match exactly.
  3. 3. Use a small test transfer first if this is a new chain/wallet path.
  4. 4. Wait for confirmation in your own wallet/exchange records before assuming completion.

If You Suspect Fraud or Compromise

  1. 1. Stop all transfers immediately.
  2. 2. Capture evidence: message handle, timestamp, address and instructions received.
  3. 3. Contact Quanta through official channels only and request verification.
  4. 4. If credentials were exposed, rotate passwords and revoke API keys immediately.
